Twin Oaks Senior Residence (“the Project”) will be a mixed use affordable senior community, restricted to ages 62 and over only, to be located at 2605 Main Street, Oakley.  The Project will be a single interior corridor, 3-story elevator serviced building with 130-units: 98 one-bedroom/one-bath units, 31 two-bedroom/one-bath units, and 1 two-bedroom managers unit. 

The ground floor will offer approximately 8,000 square feet of common space for the following uses: community room, club house, fitness room, laundry facility, resident lobby and storage areas.  The Project will also provide a residential courtyard, pool, barbeque areas, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard court, outdoor walking paths, reading gardens and vegetable gardens throughout the approximate 66,663 of residential open space. Unit amenities will include a balcony, drapes, central HVAC, closets, exterior storage, refrigerator, electric stovetop, oven, garbage disposal, and a microwave.
