Highridge Costa has been honored with the Developer of the Year – Ku Ho‘okela Award at the 2025 Kukulu Hale Awards, presented by NAIOP Hawaii and featured in Hawaii Business Magazine. The award recognizes the company’s exceptional commitment to creating long-term affordable housing solutions across the Hawaiian Islands.
Since entering the Hawai‘i market eight years ago, Highridge Costa has steadily built a local presence and portfolio that now includes thousands of affordable units either completed, in construction, or planned across O‘ahu, Maui, Hawai‘i Island, and Kaua‘i.
In 2024, the company expanded its Honolulu office to support its long-term efforts and deepen its connection with the communities it serves.
This milestone is a testament to the collaboration between Highridge Costa and state and local housing agencies, including HHFDC, HPHA, and county governments. With a mission rooted in housing affordability, architectural quality, and financial sustainability, the firm plans to deliver over 14,000 affordable units in the state over the next 10 to 15 years.
