Northwest Apartments

Vispo Way, Col
Northwest Apartments is a 50-unit affordable family community restricted to 30% -60% AMI located at 13741 Vispo Way, Broomfield, Colorado, on an approximate 2.51 acre of unimproved land. The four-story stand-alone building will consist of 50-units accessible through double loaded corridors, stairways on each end, and an elevator. The exterior of the building accentuates the prevalent craftsman style by emphasizing horizontal lines, featuring stone veneer and earth tone vinyl siding. The sustainable design elements that reduce energy consumption and the carbon footprint of the building were formed through a lens of environmental stewardship by Enterprise Green Communities 2020 standards.

Kokua Hale

Honolulu
Kokua Hale is an age-restricted (55+) 20-story tower providing 222 affordable studio units in the heart of downtown Honolulu at 1192 Alakea Street. Of the 222 affordable units, 12 are restricted to senior households earning at or below 30% of Area Median Income (AMI) and 210 are restricted to senior households earning at or below 60% AMI. Additionally, the Project meets the most current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and HUD standards. 5%, or twelve, of the units are fully accessible.

Twin Oaks

Oakley, CA
Twin Oaks Senior Residence (“the Project”) will be a mixed use affordable senior community, restricted to ages 62 and over only, to be located at 2605 Main Street, Oakley. The Project will be a single interior corridor, 3-story elevator serviced building with 130-units: 98 one-bedroom/one-bath units, 31 two-bedroom/one-bath units, and 1 two-bedroom managers unit.

Main St. Apartments

Main St. Apartments is located on the former site of an auto repair shop at 5501-5513 S. Main Street, consists of a five-story building that will feature 57 residential units - including 56 supportive housing units and one manager's apartment. The apartments are to be set aside for households earning between 30 and 50 percent of the area median income level, making them eligible for the bonuses.

Central

The project, located on a previously vacant site at 2106-2122 S. Central Avenue, consists of a five-story building which will feature 57 studio and one-bedroom apartments above seven parking spaces.

Keawalau

Place names can convey a story and connect us to our past. Our newest development is named Keawalau, which is a traditional name for Puʻuloa, or Pearl Harbor...
